How to delete your SONRYZE Amplify account, workspace data and connected social account information.
01Overview
SONRYZE Amplify is operated by Avyrox Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company operating from Mentor, Ohio, United States. This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data and connected social account information. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Amplify does not currently offer self-service or automatic account deletion. Account and workspace deletion requests are handled manually by email to socials@sonryzerecords.com.
02Deleting your Amplify account and personal data
To request deletion of your SONRYZE Amplify account and the personal data associated with it, email socials@sonryzerecords.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
If you are the owner of a workspace, tell us whether you also want the workspace and its content (artists, releases, campaigns, drafts, schedules and media) deleted, or whether ownership should pass to another member first. Deleting your account does not automatically delete a workspace that other members still use.
04Disconnecting an account vs. deleting a workspace
These are different operations:
- Disconnecting a social account can be done at any time by a workspace owner or admin from Social Accounts in Amplify. It immediately deletes that account's stored credentials and cancels its queued posts. A record that the account was connected, and the history of posts already published, remain in the workspace's records. Your Amplify account and workspace are not affected.
- Deleting a workspace removes the workspace and its content, including its connected accounts. It is currently handled on request by email and must be requested by the workspace owner.
05Revoking access through the platform
You can also remove Amplify's access directly with the social platform:
- Bluesky: in Bluesky, go to Settings → Privacy and Security → App Passwords and delete the app password used for Amplify. Amplify will no longer be able to publish to that account.
- Facebook and Instagram (once launched): remove SONRYZE Amplify under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites in Facebook, or in your Instagram app and website permissions.
- Threads (once launched): remove SONRYZE Amplify in your Threads settings under Account → Website permissions.
Revoking access with the platform stops Amplify from using the credentials. To have the related records deleted from Amplify as well, disconnect the account in Amplify or email us.
For legal review: Automatic handling of Meta deauthorization and deletion notifications, with a confirmation code to check request status, is planned for launch with the Meta integrations and is not yet in place.
06What to include in your request
- The email address of your SONRYZE Amplify account. Please send the request from that address.
- The workspace involved, and whether you are its owner, an admin or a member.
- The connected social account(s) involved, if any (platform and handle or Page name).
- What you want deleted: your account, a workspace, or specific connected account information.
Never send your password, app passwords, access tokens or any other secret. We will never ask for them.
07How requests are verified and processed
- We confirm the request comes from the email address registered to the Amplify account. If it does not, we reply to the registered address to confirm.
- For workspace deletion or changes to a workspace's connected accounts, we confirm the requester is the workspace owner (or, for connected accounts, an owner or admin).
- Once verified, our team carries out the deletion and replies by email to confirm what was deleted and anything retained.
We may ask for additional information if we cannot verify the request.
For legal review: Response timeframes have not been set and are to be defined.
08Information we may retain
Some information may be kept after a deletion request where needed, for example:
- Records we are required to keep to comply with legal, tax or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
- Records of posts already published, which remain on the social platform until you delete them there.
- Security logs and backups kept by our hosting providers, which follow those providers' retention schedules.
- A record of the deletion request itself.
Content already published on Facebook, Instagram, Threads or Bluesky is controlled by that platform and must be deleted there.
For legal review: Specific retention periods are to be defined.

03Deleting connected social account information
You can request deletion of information Amplify stores about a connected Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, Threads account or Bluesky account. This includes the account handle or name, the platform's account identifier, granted permissions, connection status, and the stored authorization credentials (app passwords or access tokens), which are kept encrypted and are never shown in the browser.
Bluesky — operational today. Bluesky is currently the only platform Amplify can connect to and publish on.
Facebook Pages, Instagram and Threads — planned, not yet available. These integrations are not operational and require Meta's approval before launch. Amplify does not currently store credentials for these platforms. The instructions on this page will apply once they launch.
The fastest way to remove credentials is to disconnect the account (see the next section). You can also email socials@sonryzerecords.com to request deletion of the connected account information and related records.
